Refund policy

Returns

  • All you need to do is let us know within 5 days of receiving your order by contacting us at madamandgents@gmail.com  
  • All returns could be exchanged or refunded
  • The initial shipping cost is not refundable
  • Custom orders are not returnable
  • The Return Cost is a buyer's responsibility
  • You can arrange a return to us via your local postal service 
  • You have the right to open the package and check the content but the product must be returned unused. All clothing including must be unworn and unwashed. All original packing and labeling must be intact when returning the goods. If the return conditions are not met, we are forced to charge handling costs or can refuse the return shipment. 
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cast-Off Flannels

The Cast-Off flannels are a curated item which means unless stated "NEW" they are flannels that are previously owned and loved. 

  • They are not refundable.

 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
